Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Hadron ERP service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Hadron ERP is a cloud-based business management application provided by Hadron Group / SwanWorks (Pty) Ltd. The Service is offered free of charge during a closed-beta period. We may add paid plans and charge for continued access in the future, in which case you'll be notified in advance and given the option to export your data.

You agree to (a) provide accurate registration information, (b) keep your password confidential, (c) not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, (d) not attempt to access another tenant's data, and (e) comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service.

The Service is currently free during closed beta. When paid plans launch, fees, billing cycles, and seat-based pricing will be presented inside the application before any charge is incurred.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, in beta, ZAR 0).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
