Privacy Policy

Hadron ERP is operated by Hadron Group / SwanWorks (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa. We are the responsible party (data controller) for the information you submit to the Service.

We collect three buckets of data:

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, company name, country, currency.
• Business data: customers, suppliers, invoices, payroll, and other records you enter or upload.
• Usage data: session cookies, an active-tenant cookie, IP-derived diagnostics, and basic error telemetry.

We use your data to provide the Service, secure your account, support you, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to train third-party AI models.

To run the Service we share necessary data with the following sub-processors:

• Supabase — primary database, auth, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — transactional email (verification, invoices, statements).
• Stripe — payment processing (once paid plans launch).

As a data subject under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to processing or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, business data is retained for a reasonable period (typically 90 days) to allow recovery or export, then permanently deleted unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
