Common questions
Does it really submit VAT201, EMP201 and EMP501?▾
The system computes every SARS box and produces an e-Filing-ready summary you can submit on the SARS portal. Direct API submission is on the roadmap; today you copy the figures into SARS e-Filing or hand them to your tax practitioner.
Can I import my data from Pastel / Sage / Xero?▾
Yes — every master-data list (customers, suppliers, items, opening balances) has a CSV importer with templates and progress indicator. We'll also help with one-time imports during closed beta — just ask.
What does it cost?▾
Free for the entire closed beta (through 2026). After that, monthly per-tenant pricing with no per-user fees. Existing closed-beta tenants will get a lifetime discount when paid plans launch.
Can I run multiple companies?▾
Yes — each user can be a member of multiple tenants and switch between them from the topbar. Each tenant has its own customers, items, journals, and books. Admins can create new companies from Settings.
Is my data safe?▾
Stored on Supabase's SOC 2-compliant Postgres (eu-west region by default). Row-level security scoped per tenant, full audit log of every change, POPIA-compliant. Export everything as CSV any time — no lock-in.
What about manufacturing / quality / projects?▾
All included. Bills of materials with operations and routings, work orders with labour capture, ISO 9001 QMS (NCRs, audits, training register, MSDS), project profitability tracking — same pricing as the base ERP.
